Reports from the Front
Austro-Hungarian Empire, Spring 1915
Venice. Supported by 8 Divisions, half of them Artillery, our forces assaulted the Italian defenders. The fighting was bloody, with both sides losing 6 divisions.
Bulgaria. A force a 3 Infantry divisions, 1 Artillery division, and a wing of Fighters invaded Bulgaria, to retake it from the Italians. The Italian forces hid well in the mountains and we were only able to find and kill 1 of their divisions. We took no losses, but the land remains contested.
Galicia. We pulled back all but a single division of volunteers, tasked with holding the Russian army in place for a time.
Budapest. An army of 4 divisions, most of them Artillery, gathered near Budapest.
Trieste. An army of 4 divisions moved into the Trieste area just in time to see a flotilla of new transport ships leave the dockyard.
Vienna. 5 divisions of Infantry, 1 wing of Fighters, and 1 brigade of the new armored vehicles mustered outside Vienna. 29 million Swiss Francs fill our treasury.
Our losses to date: 51 Infantry Divisions, 8 Artillery Divisions, 1 Battleship Flotilla, 1 Cruiser Flotilla.
