Reports from the Front
Germany, Fall 1914
Poland. Heavily reinforced by the army from Silesia and a Fighter Wing from Berlin, our forces charged the enemy trenches. Our aircraft won air supremacy, allowing our Artillery to be more effective. When the smoke cleared, the 9 divisions of the Russian army were destroyed at the cost of 3 Infantry divisions.
Piedmont. An army of 4 Infantry divisions and 2 Artillery divisions charged down from the Alps into Piedmont. To our surprise, 2 divisions of French Infantry defended the province. We were able to route the enemy with no losses.
Western Front. Our forces consolidated along the front, ready for an offensive in the Winter.
Africa. With most of our divisions already dug-in, we prepared for the British assault.
Atlantic Ocean. Our combined cruiser and submarine fleet engaged the French fleet south of Ireland. The long and bloody battle left our fleet destroyed while destroying half the French battleships and crippling the rest. Our battleship returned to port for repairs, joined by our Baltic submarine flotilla.
Germany. 10 divisions of Infantry and a wing of Fighters mustered around Berlin and a flotilla of Submarines left Kiel. 44 million Swiss Francs fill our treasury.
Our losses to Date: 28 Infantry divisions, 4 Artillery divisions, 2 Cruiser flotillas, 4 Submarine flotillas.
